Hilarious and unexpected take on one of the first TV news tabloid explosions. Great cast and a frenzied style.

Far too sympathetic to its subjects and quite obviously manipulative.

Bottom Line

As a movie comedy it’s a revelation and a gas. As a record of the first major media blitz of the 24-hour news cycle, it’s probably a load of hogwash.
