The Good


Great cast having fun playing interesting characters. Has something to say about parents, kids, and sexuality. Geraldine Viswanathan is a star.

The Bad


Devolves into some very dumb comedy tropes, pulls a few punches to wrap up the story in a tidy package.


Bottom Line

Walks a fine line between dumb/gross-out and insightful generational comedy. For the most part treats its central relationships – teen besties, obligatory parent acquaintances, young lovers, parents and their children – with candor and insight.
