A brutal and unrelenting movie about a tortured character unmade by unexpected circumstances. Hard to watch, but I’m glad I saw it. The ending is perhaps too open-ended and questions nag after-the-fact, but as a viewing experience it is intense.

Thoughts
The journey may be ultimately more rewarding than the destination, but this is a very solid and affecting movie.
